Return policy for the Darido Marketplace UG (haftungsbeschränkt)

1. Return Window: Customers are entitled to return products within 30 days of receiving them. The return period commences from the day of receipt of the product.

2. Condition of Returned Products: To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition, unused, and complete with all original packaging and accessories. If a product is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be considered.

3. Types of Refunds:

• Full Refund: Eligible for products returned in their original condition within the 30-day return window.
• Partial Refund: Applicable for items not in their original condition or items returned beyond the 30-day period but within 60 days of receipt.

4. Processing of Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Return Shipping Costs and Return Labels: We provide a pre-paid return shipping label for all returns within the specified 30-day return period, ensuring a seamless and cost-free return process for our customers.

6. Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items, such as perishable goods, customized products, and personal care items, are not eligible for return.

8. Statutory Cancellation Right and Voluntary Return Policy:

Please note: Your statutory cancellation right remains unaffected by the provisions of this voluntary right of return granted to you by all sellers on the marketplace. Therefore, the resulting rights to withdraw from the contract may exist temporarily in parallel with those arising from this voluntary return policy. However, the course of the various deadlines does not build upon each other.
