1. From where do you ship the products when I place an order?
We are a German company with workshops in Germany and Tunisia. Depending on the product, availability, and any customization, your order will be shipped from either Germany or Tunisia. All Darido products are handmade and made on demand, and we take care of customs and shipping so your order arrives hassle-free.
2. Do I need to pay for customs?
No. We fully cover customs duties, taxes, and import fees. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.
3. Do you ship to countries other than the USA?
At the moment, darido.net ships exclusively to the United States. We also operate other regional websites for different countries. If you’re outside the U.S., contact us and we’ll guide you to the correct store.
4. Why does it take 7–10 business days to receive my order?
Because our products are handmade and made on demand. Once you place an order, we begin crafting and preparing your item, then ship it with tracking. Our typical total delivery time to the United States is 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday), including handling and transit time.
5. Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is always free for all orders shipped to the United States.
6. Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. We use natural and durable materials such as olive wood and Tunisian Saaf, and we focus on handcrafted production designed to last. By choosing Darido, you’re supporting artisans and sustainable craftsmanship.
7. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. 8. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until delivery.
9. Can I customize my order?
Some items can be customized (for example, a specific variation or personalization). If customization is available, you’ll see the option on the product page. If you have a special request, contact us and we’ll confirm what’s possible before production starts.
10. Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every Darido product is handmade by skilled artisans, combining traditional techniques with modern design. Natural materials also mean each piece can have its own unique character.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Payments are securely processed to protect your information.

13. Do you offer gift options?
Yes, our products make excellent gifts. We can include a gift note upon request. At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping.
14. How do you ensure the quality of your products?
Every item goes through quality checks before shipping—starting from material selection all the way to final inspection—so your order arrives in excellent condition.
15. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production may already have started (made on demand), and cancellation may not be possible. Please contact support@darido.net as soon as possible.
