Who is responsible for your data

Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the storefront and may include:

• Order information, including purchased items, order status, delivery details, returns, and payment confirmation. Payment providers process full card or wallet credentials; Darido does not need to store full payment-card numbers.
• Shopping and support activity, such as products viewed or added to a cart, consent choices, messages, complaints, and return requests.
• Technical and usage data, including IP address, browser and device information, page interactions, referral information, and cookie or similar identifiers.

How and why we use information

We use personal information to operate the storefront, process and deliver orders, provide tracking and customer support, manage returns, prevent fraud, protect the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve the shopping experience. Where permitted, we may also use information for analytics and advertising measurement.

Depending on the situation, our legal basis is performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, or your consent. You may withdraw consent for optional processing at any time.

Cookies and optional tracking

Essential storage is used to keep features such as the cart and checkout working. On this U.S. storefront, analytics and advertising measurement may run by default where permitted. You can turn optional tracking off at any time through Privacy choices in the footer, and we honor supported Global Privacy Control signals.

On storefront deployments where prior consent is required, optional tracking stays off until the visitor makes a choice. You can also restrict cookies through your browser, although some storefront features may then work differently.

We share only the information reasonably needed with service providers that help us run the business, such as storefront hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors, shipping and fulfillment partners, email and customer-support services, security providers, and—where permitted—analytics or advertising partners.

Darido operates from Germany and works with partners and workshops in Germany, Tunisia, the United States, and other locations used by our service providers. When personal information moves between countries, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards where required.

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, warranty, dispute, and legal requirements. Retention periods vary according to the type of record and the applicable law.

Children’s privacy

The storefront is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
