Where we ship
darido.net currently sells and ships to addresses in the United States. Orders are prepared and dispatched from our workshops and facilities in Germany or Tunisia, depending on the product and availability.
Delivery timing
Typical total delivery time is 5–7 business days, Monday through Friday. This estimate includes careful preparation and the carrier’s tracked transit time after dispatch.
Demand for handmade pieces can peak. When extra hand-finishing or final inspection is needed, preparation may add up to 2 business days. We will keep you informed. Carrier disruption, severe weather, holidays, or customs processing can also occasionally affect timing.
Tracking your order
We will send a shipping-confirmation email with tracking details after your parcel is handed to the carrier. It can take a short time for the first tracking scan to appear.
Customs and duties
Darido covers applicable customs duties and import fees for U.S. deliveries. You should not be asked to pay an additional customs charge when your order arrives.
Address changes and delivery issues
Review your shipping address carefully before submitting the order. If you notice an error, email support@darido.net immediately. We can only change the address before the order has been dispatched.
If tracking shows an unexpected delay or delivery problem, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
